The Obama administration and the NSA violated the fourth amendment

Circa News dug up documentation showing that not only had former president Barack Obama’s administration abused the rights of American citizens utilizing the National Security Agency, but did so over the course of years.

Brett Baier of Fox News reported that the documents indicate “more than one in twenty internet searches conducted by the National Security Agency involving Americans during the Obama administration violated constitutional privacy protections.”

He also said the Obama administration was “harshly rebuked” by the the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court for this.

Today on “The Chris Salcedo Show,” Chris Salcedo called for the American Civil Liberties Union to look into this prolonged breach of fourth amendment rights and keep it in the news.

Neema Singh Guliani, the ACLU’s Washington legislative counsel, has said “I think what this emphasizes is the shocking lack of oversight of these programs.”

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul (R) said on Fox News yesterday “If we determine this to be true, this is an enormous abuse of power,” and it “will dwarf all other stories.”
