When numbers are tossed around with people seeing a million dollars going here or ten million headed for someplace else, the average news pundit gets blind to the real amount that is being spoken of. Even by the standards of the daily news cycle, however, what the deep and sinister pockets of Geroge Soros has done is simply stunning.
According to the Daily Caller, this leftwing denizen of corruption “has transferred $18 billion to the Open Society Foundations.” This is a vast network of non-profit organizations that the billionaire uses to push his leftist views, agenda, and propaganda. The groups have effects not only in the U.S.A. but across the whole globe.
It was the Wall Street Journal that first reported that the capital is “equivalent to the gross domestic product (GDP) of Afghanistan, according to World Bank data.”
Some have suggested that this is a way for Soros (who claims to be so in favor of everyone paying their fair share in taxes) to avoid the estate tax. This is the view of Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform.
It appears that, once again, Soros is like every other leftist when it comes to taxes. In this case, he is dodging the inheritance tax. While this particular action is legal, isn’t that what the left riles against?
It is known that the billionaire sees himself as “some kind of god” and that he is trying to ensure that his evil works happen long after he dies.
Soros has pumped stacks of money into defeating populist candidates in the E.U. and, while Democrats condemn Russia for such sins, they have no problem with Mr. Deep Pockets does it abroad. Hacks have exposed how the billionaire was illegally sneaking money into Germany “in order to skirt foreign laws against doing so.”
Geroge Soros also funds many of the anti-Trump groups that attack the U.S. leader unfairly and he even supports the hooligans and troublemakers in ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter. Those are two of the most hateful groups in all of the nation.
Now that so much money has been moved, be it to dodge taxes or not, the world shudders to see how it shall be spent.
