Expect them this week.

Even though Hillary Clinton lost the election to President Donald Trump, her criminal handling of emails have not gone away, nor should they. Her husband allowed nuclear trade secrets to fall into Chinese hands when he was president, which is another black mark. Today, decades later, Chinese nuclear weapons with American know-how are pointing at D.C. For these reasons, her deeds are still being looked at very closely, as the Hill observed today.

They write that the “head of the House Judiciary Committee is expected to subpoena the Department of Justice (DOJ),” perhaps as soon as Wednesday or Thursday of this very week, “to obtain documents related to how the FBI handled its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server.

Representative Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) have been spearheading a probe which seems to have found “evidence of political bias in the highest levels at the Justice Department.” When it is remembered that former F.B.I. Director, James Comey, was planning to clear Clinton before speaking to her (as his memos show in his own script), this would seem to fit that mold.

The “ranking Democrat, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY)” has been officially informed of the developments, something that shows the seriousness of the probe. Judiciary rules say that at least two business days “before issuing any subpoena,” such a step must be taken.

Republican lawmakers have been illegally halted by those close to Clinton and her party, which is why the progress is coming along so slowly. They have “approximately 3,000 out of 1.2 million documents” needed, a clear sign that a coverup is being attempted by Democrats.

We need to have those documents,” said Goodlatte, a man who is hearing rage from the G.O.P. regarding how long this probe is taking. He was speaking to “host Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’s ‘Sunday Morning Futures.’”

He added, “We’ve had communications with the Department of Justice about this and they know that not just myself and Chairman Gowdy, but many other members of the House are very concerned about the slow nature of those documents being produced. And as I say, actions are going to have to take a new level here very soon.”

Exactly which officials are “being targeted” is not known.

I would hope that we wouldn’t have to compel them to comply, but more and more evidence would suggest that compelling them to deliver documents may be our only recourse,” stated Representative Mark Meadows (R-NC), the head of the conservative House Freedom Caucus.

He’s a cautious guy, so to get to this point ought to tell you something,” Gowdy said of Goodlatte.

It is good to see a fire being lit under the whole matter because Mrs. Clinton and her party may have put any number of Americans and others at risk, depending on what data was allowed to be gathered from her devices.

As China shows us while they flaunt our own weapons in front of us, the Clinton’s have a history of this.
