WASHINGTON, U.S. – Irked by an International Court of Justice (ICJ) verdict on its sanctions against Iran, the U.S. responded by delving another blow to the Islamic Republic.

After pulling out of the Iran Nuclear Deal earlier this year, the U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration reimposed some of the sanctions that the country received relief from due to the deal.

However, since then, the Trump administration has launched actions aimed at crippling Iran’s economy and forcing the nation into financial isolation over the country’s missile program.
