After socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez idiotically helped cost New York City billions in potential revenue, she has lashed out at the billboard proclaiming her ineffective ignorance.

This week, a billboard was erected in New York City blasting Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her dumb attack of Amazon, helping to ensure that the company wouldn’t spend billions in revenue for the state.

Proclaiming, “Thanks For Nothing,” the giant digital billboard in Times Square blamed freshman Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her supposed role in sinking the city’s deal with Amazon.

“The billboard, paid for by business advocacy group the Job Creators Network, details just a few of the things New York may have lost when the deal went sideways.”

That list included:

  • 25,000 lost NYC jobs
  • $4 billion lost wages
  • $12 billion in lost economic activity

Ocasio-Cortez, like the petulant child she is, immediately responded to the promotion.

“Few things effectively communicate the power we’ve built in fighting dark money & anti-worker policies like billionaire-funded groups blowing tons of cash on wack billboards (this one is funded by the Mercers),” she tweeted, noting the conservative group Job Creators Network funded the billboard.

Ocasio-Cortez and other local politicians and activists publicly opposed Amazon’s move to the city, and AOC actually said that the ‘$3 billion’ in tax incentives offered to the company could be used for other stuff.

Seriously.

Bill de Blasio had to go on television and explain how dumb that statement was… effectively outlining the fact that the states doesn’t have that money, and the loss of Amazon actually cost the state billions in revenue.

Despite the liberal hate of corporations, a Quinnipiac poll conducted Feb. 6 found New York City voters approved of the plan 57 — 26 percent.

Ocasio-Cortez has long claimed that her opposition to the move was entirely community-based.

So basically, AOC is embarrassed. Her stupidity has cost her state and district billions, but she refuses to acknowledge that she was wrong.
