Liberals in America are the opposite of tolerant or educated, as this latest incident in Connecticut proves.

In a Connecticut hearing over gun rights and laws, an unidentified liberal was caught texting a murder threat about all NRA members and a pro-Second Amendment lawmaker.

She was spotted making the offensive comments, which apparently she thinks are okay because she is ‘right.’

“If I had a gun, I’d blow away Sampson and a large group of NRA,” a photo of the text message-in-progress read.

Apparently, the woman was filled with a savage hatred for GOP State Senator Rob Sampson. He describes himself as a Constitutional conservative, and the NRA has awarded him with the “Defender of Freedom Award.”

Yet, according to this leftist, standing up for a constitutional right is enough to warrant a savage murder.

The Daily Caller reported:

Several gun control measures were set to be discussed in Hartford on Monday before the Judiciary Committee, including:

  • An update to safe storage laws
  • A measure requiring anyone open-carrying a firearm to produce a permit if asked by police
  • A move to regulate “ghost guns” or 3-D printed firearms and components
  • A bill prohibiting cities and towns to enact their own firearms laws

Among those present at Monday’s hearing were activists on both sides of gun issues and the parents of Ethan Song, a teen who accidentally shot himself last year with a gun belonging to his friend’s father.

While such an incident is a tragedy, many people argue that if Song had been taught basic firearm safety in school, such an incident may have been avoided.

Like all tools, guns are dangerous. Most parents would think twice before allowing their untrained children to operate a power saw or a car, but many of these same parents think that ignorance of guns will somehow lead to safety?

This unnamed gun-hater is certainly violent and ignorant.

She doesn’t have a gun? It’s probably a good thing since she obviously has no self-control, or the basic intelligence to handle a firearm safely, many argue.

Removing private gun ownership inevitably leads to the same result, time and time again, just ask the yellow vest protestors in France.

Or, ask the men and women in Britain who are prosecuted if they defend themselves from attacks, which are steadily rising thanks to unfettered Muslim migration.

The relentless push to eliminate private gun ownership in the United States will never end, and many people argue that it’s up to decent citizens to ensure their children have the right to defend themselves from attacks—foreign (violent stranger) or domestic (the federal government).
