Border Patrol Agents Arrest Illegal Alien Gang Members and Child Rapists in Texas

(Joshua Paladino, Liberty Headlines) North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement released its April report on illegal alien child sex offenders and found that authorities charged 26 illegal aliens with 95 crimes, including child rape and sexual assault against a child.

NCFIRE President James Johnson reminded readers that “monthly reports only cover about 30 of the 100 total counties in NC” due to limited resources.

Johnson said cases of illegal aliens sexually assaulting children has risen dramatically in the first four months of 2019 compared with the same time period last year.

In the first four months of 2018 NCFIRE reported 251 charges.

In 2019 that number has risen to 330.

Johnson said crimes have gotten worse because the North Carolina General Assembly has done nothing to counteract the flood of illegal aliens coming to the state.

In the same incident, two illegal aliens were charged with statutory rape of a child less than 15 years old, Chapelboro.com reported.

Police found 18-year-old Allan Rafael Cardenas and 19-year-old Jose Kevin Ortiz–Torres with a 13-year-old child in a parked car at Morgan Creek Trail in Chapelboro.

The officer approached the car because it was double-parked and it was midnight.

The officer said he did not witness the statutory rape occurring but a later investigation revealed the details.

Ortiz–Torres was also charged with indecent liberties with a child from a separate incident.

Police charged a 26-year-old illegal alien from Raeford with multiple counts of indecent liberties with an 11-year-old child.

Detectives reported that Sebastian Carillo had molested the child throughout 2018, The Fayetteville Observer reported.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued a detainer for Carillo’s transfer.

Immigration authorities previously deported Carillo from the country, but he re-entered.

Police arrested Isabel Araujo Martinez, an illegal alien who lives in Wilson, and charged him 16 crimes, including eight counts of sex offense while in the parental role and eight counts of indecent liberties with a child.

Authorities said the 37-year-old male had sexually abused the child for a decade.
