The socialist left’s war on America ran into a roadblock at the Supreme Court on Thursday as a treasured monument to the sacrifice of the nation’s veterans was spared.

In a monumental 7-2 ruling, the nation’s highest court ruled that the 40-foot-high Peace Cross in the Prince George’s County Maryland did not violate the Constitution as leftists had claimed but would be allowed to stand as a tribute to the local heroes from the town of Bladensburg who perished during World War I.

In a rare decisive vote, the SCOTUS dealt a blow who those who hate America, veterans, and Christianity and was a rare victory in the left’s war on statues.

The two dissenting justices were Sonia Sotomayor and the ghoulish Ruth Bader Ginsburg who has shown that reports of her demise were greatly exaggerated.
