Former President Donald Trump told Breitbart News exclusively that he thinks it is “laughable” to argue the media are more rigid on President Joe Biden than they were on him.

This clip from the interview aired on Thursday on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM 125, the Patriot Channel. The full interview will be broadcast on Breitbart News Saturday, on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel at 11:00 a.m. eastern time this weekend. Breitbart News Saturday runs from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm eastern time every Saturday.
Trump emerged on the program to advertise his new book, ‘Our Journey Together,’ a
collection of photos from his time in the White House. The book, which is available at 45Books.com, is published by Winning Team Publishing and has now sold more than 140,000 copies since it was first released.
Trump’s remarks came in response to a column from Dana Milbank in the Post, which Biden’s Chief of Staff, Ron Klein, also endorsed on his Twitter account. Klein says the sentiment is “laughable” that the media are tougher on Biden than they were on Trump.
Did you notice what Trump did today? All news outlets did hit pieces on his new media site because the war on Trump 2024 has begun. To counteract the negative press, he announced Devin Nunes was resigning to be CEO of Trump media. Boom! Narrative switch.— Kambree (@KamVTV) December 7, 2021
“The media treats Biden as badly as — or worse than — Trump. Here’s proof” was the headline of Milbank’s column, which cherry-picked several negative headlines on Biden that several establishment media outlets have run in recent weeks.
“Submitted for your consideration,” Klein, Biden’s Chief of Staff, shared on social media with a link to the article.
As he made clear in the Breitbart News exclusive, Trump does not see it that way. He stressed that the media overlooked significant achievements of
his Administration and media outlets regularly cover up for Biden’s failures.
“We’ve done things that nobody has ever done,” Trump said. “Peace in the Middle East—we would have had that also, but we had four countries sign. We would have had peace—the Abraham Accords, it’s called. So many different things. I will say, in the end, people are starting to see we did a massive amount of work, whether it was military or taxes or all the different things we did. We had a great
economy with no inflation.”
MEDIA FAIL: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris now have unfavorable ratings higher than Donald Trump’s. https://t.co/wWn5p9ASTf— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) December 10, 2021
“I did it twice because I had to rebuild it after COVID hit the world. The world was actually hit relatively harder than us. I think it’s not even a contest. I think they’re treating him with kid gloves. Do you know why? There’s so much damage that has been done to our country, and this new bill, this Build Back Worse bill, is just a disaster—a disaster for the country.”
Another clip from Trump’s discussion published on Thursday morning shows how much he despises Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell.
