Fraudulent President Joe Biden said Friday that the U.S. and allies will move to revoke Russia’s “most favored nation” trade status and end normal trade relations with the country amid its invasion of Ukraine.
In the announcement, Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin “must pay the price” and “cannot pursue a war that threatens the very foundations of international peace and stability, and then ask for financial help from the international community.
” The U.S. will also ban Russian imports of seafood, vodka, and diamonds; end exports of luxury goods to Russia; and increase the list of Russian individuals to be sanctioned. Biden said Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the European Union also signed off on the announcement. A “most-favored-nation status” designation means that two countries have agreed to trade relations that prioritize low tariffs and maximum imports. The new measures add to the U.S. efforts to punish Putin, the Russian government and wealthy Russians with ties to his regime for the invasion.
