The family of a Black man who was found dead in Mississippi after he warned his mother that he was being chased by white men hurling racial slurs demanded a federal investigation Monday after local authorities said they had “no reason” to suspect foul play in the man’s death.
Rasheem Carter, 25, was reported missing Oct. 2 after his mother said he had sought help from police and frantically called her to say white men in three trucks were pursuing him. That was the last day Carter’s family heard from him.
On Nov. 2, authorities said they found his remains in a wooded area south of Taylorsville, Mississippi. In a statement on Facebook a day later, the Smith County Sheriff’s Department said it had “no reason to believe foul play was involved” though the case was under investigation.

People, people…This sort of thing is so beneath us. We really need to grow up, and recognize that we are players in a Morality Play – to ‘catch our consciences’ – and leave the Play behind, in order to progress further on our Paths, as the ‘spiritual beings having a human experience’ that we are by virtue of our basic natures. Life – as we have known it, in this 3D realm, this construct, this hologram – is a school, with the Purpose being to graduate. Not to get stuck in it, and just keep going around in it, as in a washing machine.
How can I make this assertion? Because of all the evidence available in our time – from studies, books, videos – of the phenomenon of reincarnation; people, most often children, remembering a past life to a ‘phenomenal’ degree. That is proof that there is Plan in and Purpose to life, beyond just in and for itself only. That is also proof that everything is recorded, as though on a film; and that a Law which we call Karma is involved, whereby everything gets balanced out in The End of The Play, for each of us players. As we then graduate to a higher level of The Process. What Process? Each of us fractals of our Creator Source ultimately returning to Unity WITH our Source, the wiser for The Experience. Those not falling by the wayside along The Way, that is. So, don’t be left out. Claim your divine nature. Now. Here, at the beginning of The Process. And start to act accordingly.
