Perhaps Ms. Ocasio-Cortez should take a refresher course on the way the American republic operates… she is not the boss.

It seems there are no depths to the ignorance portrayed by freshman representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. While speaking at a “Girls Who Code” event in New York City, the democrat socialist blasted critics of her impossible and utterly idiotic ‘Green New Deal.’
Despite the fact that such ‘regulations’ and ‘change’ could result in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people and put nearly everyone (not elitist people in charge like Ocasio-Cortez) on bread lines, the childish rep defended her plan and heatedly claimed she was the “boss.”
Many people point out that in the American republic, the representatives are subject to the voters. But, perhaps AOC forgot that?
“I just introduced the Green New Deal two weeks ago, and it’s creating all of this conversation,” Ocasio-Cortez said on Friday to moderator Reshma Saujani.
“Why? Because no one else has even tried. Because no one else has even tried.”
“So people are like, ‘Oh it’s unrealistic. Oh it’s vague. Oh it doesn’t address this little minute thing.’ And I’m like, ‘You try. You do it. ‘Cuz you’re not. ‘Cuz you’re not. So, until you do it, I’m the boss.’ How ’bout that?’”
So, according to her line of thinking, if something is unrealistic, vague, and ignorant, a person should still try to make it happen?
“Ocasio-Cortez introduced her Green New Deal resolution earlier in February alongside Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey. The bill not only calls for the U.S. to dramatically transition to 100 percent renewable energy in just a few years, but also demands upgrading all buildings in the country, addressing the emissions released from cow farts in a now-deleted FAQ page, and touches on a number of other progressive issues.”
It actually orchestrates a massive redistribution of wealth plan, which would remove all Americans wealth from their pockets and transfer it to the ‘government leaders’ who would decide what the plebeian classes ‘need’ while they sit in their luxury apartments living the high life.
“The resolution has been met with criticism, mockery and ridicule from both parties. Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin, the second-highest ranking senator in his party, said after reading and re-reading the Green New Deal, he still had to ask a co-sponsor, ‘What in the heck is this?’”
What it is, Senator Durbin, is the progressive model for instituting a slave state.
“You know what? I don’t care anymore. I don’t care anymore, because again, I’m at least trying, and they’re not,” Ocasio-Cortez said in the delusional rant. “So the power is in the person who’s trying, regardless of the success. If you’re trying, you’ve got all the power. You’re driving the agenda. You’re doing all this stuff.”
The apparent mentally challenged congresswoman also made remarks about being in the spotlight.
“I have started to just roll with it … Like guess what, I made a mistake, deal with it,” she said. “I’m trying, and you’re not.”
Her logic of ‘trying’ seems flawed to most people.
But, then again, most liberal logic does to anyone who lives in the real world.
