To quote LeBron James when he joined the Miami Heat, “Not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six…not seven.”

But…a lot.

That’s how many ethics violations Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez committed on her social media accounts, according to a watchdog group.

From Free Beacon:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y) has been hit with an ethics complaint alleging that the freshman Democrat improperly used House resources for political purposes in violation of ethics rules.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT), a Washington, D.C.-based watchdog group, filed the complaint Thursday to the U.S. House of Representative’s Office of Congressional Ethics requesting that the committee investigate Ocasio-Cortez’s use of official resources on her social media accounts.

“In the first two weeks of February 2019, Ocasio- Cortez posted numerous videos of official House floor and committee proceedings on her political Twitter and Instagram accounts,” the complaint reads. “Her posts prominently displayed both official House photographs and video footage, on which she commented and instructed viewers to watch the videos.”

Continued:

“Ironically, in one of the posts she discussed the ethics standards to which she should be held,” it continues. “Additionally, on Ocasio-Cortez’s political Instagram page, she directly links to her official House Instagram account and includes a link for political contributions, alongside the posts of official video footage and her comments on official action. There are numerous ethics rules violated in this case, all of which require separation between official action and resources and political action and fundraising.”

House ethics rules prohibit Members from using official taxpayer-backed resources for any political or campaign-related activities.

The watchdog says that Ocasio-Cortez committed a number of violations.

Ocasio-Cortez, like many members of her party, loves to group people together by race.

Here’s just the latest example…

From Daily Wire:

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) faced backlash on social media for the second day in a row over racially charged remarks she made.

Ocasio-Cortez’s remarks started on Friday when she defended Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s (D-MI) false insinuation at a House Oversight Committee hearing that Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) was a racist for bringing a black Trump official to the hearing to combat the notion that President Donald Trump was a racist.

“Just because someone has a person of color, a black person, working for them does not mean they aren’t racist and … the fact someone would actually use a prop, a black woman in this chamber, in this committee is alone racist in itself,” Tlaib said, clearly talking about Meadows.

Continued:

Ocasio-Cortez rushed to Tlaib’s defense, tweeting: “Total bravery from @RashidaTlaib as she reminds the nation that tokenism *is* racism.”

The tweet from the 29-year-old, which ignited a firestorm online with many calling her statement racist, carried over to Saturday when she was forced to respond to some of the criticism she received.

AOC’s words:

We have Black staff. We don’t parade them around to show the world how diverse our team is, and use that as some kind of evidence of the absence of racism. That’s what tokenism is.
