Racism will always remain relevant in America if people keep voting Democrats into office.

Then again, shouldn’t that be expected from the party who fought to keep slavery and refused to pass the Civil Rights Act?

The fact that Dems can still convince a large percentage of Americans that they are working in their best interests is mind-boggling.

Now, a Dem lawmaker was heard using the n-word to describe a majority black district.

From Federalist Papers:

A Democrat State representative is hearing increasing calls for her resignation after she was caught using the N Word.

Maryland State Del. Mary Ann Lisanti called a Prince George’s County legislative district as a “n—– district,” The Washington Post reported.

Lisanti issued a statement vowing to not resign, like Virginia blackface Gov. Northam, but did apologize.

Lisanti has been censured.

From Washington Examiner:

Democratic leaders in the state House have called for Lisanti to step down. House Speaker Michael Busch, a Democrat, said she should “face the consequences” of what she said. “There is no place in the House of Delegates for any racial slurs, or slurs of any kind in society in general.”

[…]

Lisanti said in a statement: “I deeply apologize to the citizens of my district, people of Maryland, all of my colleagues in the Maryland General Assembly and everyone reading this for my word choice several weeks ago. I am sickened that a word that is not in my vocabulary came out of my mouth. It does not represent my belief system, my life’s work or what is in my heart.”

Speaking of Democrats and racism, remember the time Hillary Clinton referred to black men as super predators?

Check out Hillary’s latest where she blasts Trump’s “streak of racism” and “whole package of bigotry” (despite no facts to back her claims)…

Hillary Clinton accused President Donald Trump of having a long “streak of racism” and “the whole package of bigotry” in an interview with The Guardian.

Clinton: “This is a person who believes in very little, but he does have visceral responses to what goes on in the world around him. He does have a strong streak of racism that goes back to his early years. I include his anti-immigrant tirades because he characterizes immigrants in very racially derogatory ways, but he was Islamophobic, he was anti-women, he really had the whole package of bigotry that he was putting on offer to those who were intrigued and attracted to him.

Clinton: “He was, from the very first day of his campaign, raising the [specter] of criminal immigrants and the like. So the anti-immigrant piece coupled with things that he said, the kind of people who supported him, former Ku Klux Klan members and the like, the message that we called the dogwhistle, was incredibly loud. It was: ‘I’m on your side because I don’t like the same people you don’t like. Or at least I’m going to say I don’t and that counts for something.’
