Radical progressive lawmakers are now making a move to pack the US Supreme Court by adding four additional justices to the bench. Those justices will all be progressives, who as a political group, hate America and everything it stands for. It could mean the end of our republic as we know it. That’s not being hyperbolic. It’s the truth.

The membership of the Congressional Progressive Caucus has voted in favor of backing the Judiciary Act of 2021, which would raise the number of justices from 9 to 13.

“After thoughtful consideration, the Progressive Caucus membership has determined that the urgent work to restore American democracy must include expanding the Supreme Court,” Congressional Progressive Caucus chair Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) said in a statement.

Does anyone reading this believe there were even two minutes of “thoughtful consideration?”

Why are the progressives so hell bent on destroying our republic? It’s because they are so emotionally immature that they can never accept that things don’t always go their way, so they want to get their way by changing every tradition of the country so long as they have power.

Every elected president, and yes, that includes Donald Trump, has had the Constitutional authority to pick nominees to fill vacancies on the federal courts. There is no more important legacy for a president than who he picks to fill the courts as they are lifetime appointments.

The Democrats can’t stand the fact that in 2016 the American people elected a Republican president and a Republican majority of the US Senate that performs the Constitutionally authorized Advice and Consent mission that is determined during a nominee’s confirmation hearing and prior to a confirmation vote.

Do not forget what the Democrats did during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. They brought in a woman who was an obvious charlatan to make damning accusations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh. No one with a triple-digit IQ believed a word she said. Not only did Kavanaugh not remember her, but none of the witnesses she mentioned, including her best friend, remembered any such incident, or even the party that the fraudster claimed the sexual assault took place. The Senate Democrats officially, and the rest of the party said the most despicable things about Kavanaugh. They not only invented crimes, but they fabricated specific details that never happened. At least that’s what the lack of evidence suggested.

The Kavanaugh confirmation hearings gave us the insight to understand that the Supreme Court is the Democrats’ most valued tool to get things they want when they can’t get it through the legislative process. Elections have consequences and the Democrats hate it when they lose.

Don’t forget that now Senate Majority Leader Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) publicly threatened Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch. This was in March 2020. This is how important controlling the Supreme Court through ideological means is to the Democrats.

The Democrats lost the 2016 election. They were so angry that they spent the next four years trying to get Trump thrown out of office for things he did not do. Never forget the lengths they went in order to achieve that goal. That includes spying on a presidential campaign, lying to a FISA Court, fabricating accusations of Russian collusion, breaking the law, violating Congressional rules, not allowing due process during two bogus impeachments, altering documents, and much more. Some of the things they did are felonies.

“The current bench was filled by a partisan, right-wing effort to entrench a radical, anti-democratic faction and erode human rights that have been won over decades. In recent years, this court has gutted the Voting Rights Act and public sector unions, entrenched unconstitutional abortion bans, and failed to overturn the blatantly discriminatory Muslim Ban. As a co-equal governing body, Congress cannot sit by while this attack on the constitution continues unchecked. I am proud that our Caucus is joining the fight to expand the court and restore balance to the bench,” Jayapal said.

Do these clowns believe President Barack Obama didn’t fill vacancies with partisan left-wing nominees? Kagan and Sotomayor vote partisan leftist in nearly every case. They can be counted on for that.

You need to understand that none of the gobbledygook made up by Jayapal never happened. For example, the High Court did not “gut” the Voting Rights Act. They simply removed a provision of it that barred southern states from being able to pass election laws without them being approved first by a federal panel. The reason the Court agreed with the petitioner(s) is that the provision was no longer necessary. Once the south went Republican, there was no more racism in state legislatures that would lead to racist state laws. The historical racism of the south was always under the control of the Democratic Party. This is common sense for people who have common sense. The Democrats argue that it was wrong because they wanted to use those provisions to stop “election integrity laws” that were created by red states that felt the election irregularities of 2020 changed the outcome of their state’s election results. Their efforts in the election integrity laws made it easier for people to vote and harder for people to cheat. Democrats want to cheat and so they claim the Voting Rights Act provisions that were removed should be put back in.

Everything the Republicans did was Constitutional and the Democrats hate the Constitution because it allows Republicans to do things that they hate about America.
