The European Union has come under fire after it emerged that the bloc bought 4.5 billion doses of COVID-19 shots for its 450 million population.
European Parliament member Mislav Kolakusic is demanding answers and blasted the deal as the “biggest corruption scandal in the history of mankind.”

On Wednesday, Kolakusic tweeted a video that had garnered roughly 750,000 views by Saturday morning.
In the video, he makes several allegations about the upper echelons of the EU and questions the decision to purchase so many doses from pharmaceutical companies.
