HAARP was deactivated in the early 2010s but it may be springing back to operational status in 2021 as the FAA issues a flight advisory about electromagnetic radiation over its location in Gulkana, Alaska. It’s purpose is shrouded in secrecy but it is directed at Earth’s ionosphere. ⁃ TN Editor
A longstanding topic of great speculation among curious minds is HAARP, a controversial Alaska-based research facility that studies the outermost layer of Earth’s atmosphere: the ionosphere.
HAARP (short for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has been at the center of wild speculation that its high-power radio frequency transmitter facility can control the weather. Though those claims have yet to be confirmed, conspiracy theorists say otherwise.
HAARP has fallen out of the news cycle in recent years for inactivity, but there’s reason to believe that it’s being fired back up for “scientific research.”
A notice to airmen (known as a NOTAM) was issued by the Federal Aviation Administration on June 17 with the beginning date of June 21 through June 25.
The NOTAM places “temporary flight restrictions” around Gulkana, Alaska, where the HAARP facility is located. It reads that planes are restricted from flying in the Gulkana airspace due to “electromagnetic radiation for scientific research.”

If concerned citizens are correct and HAARP can, in fact, control weather or even weaponize weather – what could the government be up to?
Sweltering heat in Northern California going on three weeks coincides with this. Messing up the ionosphere is causing weather changes. Drought becoming exponentially worse by the day. The religion of scientism believes it’s God.
If this controls the weather it doesn’t make any sense for the US government to destroy California, because they’ll be paying for the damage. It makes more sense for them to be affecting the weather in China, Russia or Iran whom they consider to be their enemies.
Cause of the heat dome was a man-made event….
There has been a stationary blue air mass trough in the pacific off the West Coast for the past 4 weeks, now going on its 5th week. It is not natural, but man made.

HAARP boils the upper atmosphere……
HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic bean. It is an advanced model of an ’ionospheric heater’. (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding the Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40 to 600 miles above Earth’s surface.)
