We’ve been reporting about the FBI confidential human source who came forward and told Congress about the Biden bribery form.
That set a lot of actions in motion. We saw the FBI refusing to comply with the subpoena. They wouldn’t even admit that the form existed until about a week ago, so you know what games they’ve been playing with that. The House Oversight Committee was going to bring contempt charges for a vote on Thursday, but late on Wednesday, the FBI agreed to show the form to every member of the Committee and receive a briefing. The FBI is also going to provide two more documents that were referred to in the FD-1023 “bribery” to Comer and Raskin for review.

Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) said not only did the FBI not comply, but he accused them of leaking a false narrative that the case had been closed, which Democrats like Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and the White House promptly spread. As we reported, former Attorney General Bill Barr confirmed that was an incorrect narrative, that the case related to the bribery form had not been closed, and that it was sent to Delaware to the U.S. Attorney for further investigation.
But there was something else that’s also very important to note. Raskin said the entire matter was related to the investigation of information that Rudy Giuliani provided to the FBI. He then tried to spin it as somehow having to do with former President Donald Trump, because all they ever do is still try to blame Trump for everything to deflect from Joe Biden.
