Maybe “go woke go broke” is something that the “woke” should take a look at. How many more in-your-face messages do you need?
Last week, I read that 2022 was “an annus horribilis” for the people who make movies:

They don’t get my money. I won’t watch Tubi movies that aren’t at least a decade old. When I try to break my own rule I’m reminded again how little I care about the movies they produce.
