Governor DeSantis responded to Trump’s indictment on Twitter tonight by condemning the political weaponization of federal law enforcement.
He writes: “The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society. We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending on political affiliation. Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter? The DeSantis administration will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias, and end weaponization once and for all.”

Very well said by DeSantis and I completely agree. I’m glad he spoke out against this.
I’m sure the part about the ‘DeSantis administration will bring accountability’ though is going to upset some Trump voters, but he’s campaigning for president so you can’t blame him for throwing that in there.
