A hearing has been scheduled in the Henry County, GA courtroom of Judge Amero in the case that could flip the U.S. Senate red, by altering the outcome of the U.S. general election in the 2020 election cycle.
The case is a sleeper brought by Michael Daugherty of TheJusticeSociety.com.
Judge Amero is also hearing the case of VoterGA.org against Fulton County, GA to scan all mail-in ballots during 2020.
