(Joshua Paladino, Liberty Headlines) North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement released its January report on child rapes and child sexual assaults committed by illegal aliens.
NCFIRE’s report found 17 illegal aliens were charged with 171 acts of child rape and/or sexual assault in January.
A 21-year-old illegal alien, Kevin Ernesto Rivas, who lives in Sampson County, faces 60 felony sexual assault charges in connection with two children “15 years of age or younger,” The Sampson Independent reported.
The charges included 15 counts of crimes against nature.
NCFIRE President James Johnson said the “sheriffs of Mecklenburg, Forsyth, Durham and Wake [counties] have all openly stated, on the record, that they will no longer inform the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement of illegal aliens they hold in their custody.”
Sheriffs in these counties will release violent perpetrators so that federal immigration authorities cannot begin deportation proceedings.
Salvador Perez, a 20-year-old Duplin County resident, faces 40 charges, including five for first degree sex offense of a child and five for first degree rape of a child under 15.
Police charged a 40-year-old illegal alien, Rolando Lopez-Jaurez, for creating and distributing child pornography. Lopez-Jaurez faces 29 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and 15 counts of felony dissemination of obscenity, WNCT reported.
Jackson County courts convicted Rogelio Torres Rivera on two counts of taking indecent liberties with children. He was convicted of abusing a 6-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. He will serve a minimum of 32 months and a maximum of 58 months, WLOS reported.
“…since we started posting the monthly child rape statistics in 2013…1,740 illegal aliens have been charged with more than 7,900 child rape/child sexual assaults,” Johnson wrote. “The only person who can change this is you! You have to get vocal and get everyone you know to be vocal as well.”
