(Natural News) Independent journalist Alex Berenson has filed a lawsuit in a federal court against Twitter to challenge his ban from the social media platform over a tweet in which he questioned the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.
In the lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for Northern California, Berenson sought reinstatement on Twitter, along with monetary damages related to the ban.
The former New York Times reporter was banned from the platform in August over a tweet in which he wrote about the jabs: “It doesn’t stop infection. Or transmission. Don’t think of it as a vaccine. Think of it – at best – as a therapist with a limited window of efficacy and terrible side effect profile that must be dosed IN ADVANCE OF ILLNESS. And we want to mandate it? Insanity.”
