Nick Sandmann, who is well known for being completely slandered by the media for standing in front of a Native American man, is suing NBC Universal for $275 million.
“NBC Universal attacked Nicholas by relying heavily on biased and unreliable sources without conducting any reasonable investigation of the circumstances surrounding the January 18 incident,” the lawsuit says which was posted by Sandmann’s lawyer on Twitter.

In January, a video of Sandmann went viral which portrayed the high schooler and his friends surrounding a Native American man and taunting him.
The media immediately took the opportunity to call the kids “racist” considering they were wearing Make America Great Again hats along with pushing false narrative that the kids purposely surrounded the Native American man.
Full videos of the incident portrayed a different picture.

The kids were minding their own business when a group of black Israelite’s started yelling racial slurs at the kids. Then the Native American man confronted the kids and started banging his drum in their faces.
The kids stood their ground and that was that.
Instead of showing the whole video, the media purposely only showed short clips so they could slander the kids considering they were wearing Make America Great Again hats.
“NBCUniversal’s attacks on Nicholas included at least fifteen (15) defamatory television broadcasts, six (6) defamatory online articles, and many tweets falsely accusing Nicholas and his Covington Catholic High School (“CovCath”) classmates of racists acts, including among other thing,” Sandmann’s lawyer announced. “NBC Universal continued to promote its false narrative that Nicholas had instigated a racist confrontation with Phillips long after Phillips was exposed as a fraud whose version of events was not entitled to any credibility by responsible members of the media.”
This isn’t the first time that Sandmann has sued a prominent media outlet. He has also sued CNN and the Washington Post.

Sandmann and his lawyers announced in early March that they would be suing CNN for $275 million.
“In short, the false and defamatory gist of CNN’s collective reporting conveyed to its viewers and readers that Nicholas was the face of an unruly hate mob of hundreds of white racist high school students who physically assaulted, harassed, and taunted two different minority groups engaged in peaceful demonstrations, preaching, song, and pray,” the suit against CNN said.
They also are suing the Washington Post for $250 million, the amount that Jeff Bezos bought the news company for.
“The Post wrongfully targeted and bullied Nicholas because he was the white, Catholic student wearing a red ‘Make America Great Again’ souvenir cap on a school field trip to the January 18 March for Life in Washington, D.C., when he was unexpectedly and suddenly confronted by Nathan Phillips, a known Native American activist, who beat a drum and sang loudly within inches of his face,” the lawsuit reads.
“The Post ignored basic journalist standards because it wanted to advance its well-known and easily documented, biased agenda against President Donald J. Trump by impugning individuals perceived to be supporters of the President,” the lawsuit continued.
