People are arguing that McCabe’s admission on CBS provides all the evidence needed to charge him with the high crime of treason, along with Rod Rosenstein.

Disgraced liar and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe started his book tour with an appearance on “60 Minutes” that will be aired on Sunday. However, his admissions have raised serious questions about his actions in that position, prompting some experts to call for charges of treason.

During the interview, he claimed the debunked Russian collusion theory for his attempts to conduct a coup on a sitting president and implicated Rod Rosenstein in the act.

Citing the opposition research paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton, McCabe claimed, “I wanted to make sure that our case was on solid ground and if somebody came in behind me and closed it and tried to walk away from it, they would not be able to do that without creating a record of why they made that decision.”

“Unfortunately for McCabe, there was no “solid ground” to be found. The Russia investigation came up entirely empty, and the FBI bureaucrats’ leak-and-smear campaigns were not enough to oust the duly elected president through other means.”

The president was not responsible for McCabe’s ultimate removal from the FBI.

The Department of Justice internal probe found that he committed gross misconduct and McCabe lied under oath several times.

“He also attempted to sabotage his own FBI colleagues for his personal leaks to the media. McCabe later excused his activity, claiming his lies under oath were a result of the ‘chaos inside the FBI under siege from [President] Trump and his allies.’”

Currently, McCabe is under a Department of Justice-authorized grand jury investigation.

Of course, McCabe’s long list of alleged criminal activities and his extreme credibility problem have been almost entirely overlooked in the legacy media stories promoting his “60 Minutes” interview. The same applies to the reality that McCabe’s Russia probe never amounted to anything.

McCabe also implicated others, saying “There were meetings at the Justice Department at which it was discussed whether the vice president and a majority of the cabinet could be brought together to remove the president of the United States under the 25th Amendment.”

‘Pelley described the top bureaucrats as “counting noses,” and speculating on where various cabinet members might stand on the question of the president’s removal.’

More than once, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein offered to wear a wire into the White House to attempt to record incriminating conversations with the president. McCabe said this was an idea he took seriously and discussed with FBI lawyers.

Rosenstein is denying that claim.

“As to the specific portions of this interview provided to the Department of Justice by 60 Minutes in advance, the Deputy Attorney General again rejects Mr. McCabe’s recitation of events as inaccurate and factually incorrect,” a statement by the Department of Justice said.

The DOJ said in its statement “the Deputy Attorney General never authorized any recording that Mr. McCabe references.”

“Finally, the Deputy Attorney General never spoke to Mr. Comey about appointing a Special Counsel. The Deputy Attorney General in fact appointed Special Counsel Mueller, and directed that Mr. McCabe be removed from any participation in that investigation,” the DOJ said.

The statement also essentially called McCabe a liar, “Subsequent to this removal, DOJ’s Inspector General found that Mr. McCabe did not tell the truth to federal authorities on multiple occasions, leading to his termination from the FBI,” it said.

McCabe is a liar, but the DOJ is apparently filled with unscrupulous men and woman who betrayed their country to implicate and remove a sitting president.

Many people suggest that the new attorney general will be issuing indictments very soon.
