According to a New York Times/Siena College poll released Monday, independent female voters are turning towards the Republican Party in the upcoming elections.
49 percent polled say they plan to vote for the Republican nominee in their House district. 45 percent said they will support the Democrat.
The poll notably found a 32-point swing among independent women toward the GOP. National Review found that in “September’s iteration of the poll, Democrats boasted a 14-point lead among that demographic, but by October, Republicans held an 18-point advantage.”
