The video that’s gone viral on social media shows a Portland woman addressing a county board wearing what appears to be a space helmet she claimed was meant to protect herself from COVID-19.

“Can you hear me ok? I’m learning how to use this. Trying to avoid concussions and COVID,” the woman told the Multnomah County board this week.
