Republicans flipped a mayoral seat in Rochester, New Hampshire Tuesday evening.
Paul Callaghan won Rochester’s mayoral race with a whopping 66% of the vote – a city that has voted Democrat since 2005.
Callaghan defeated Democrat Palana Hunt-Hawkins 2,674-1,339 votes.
