“Come January you can be certain of two things: I will be sworn in for my second term as your congresswoman, and Republicans can finally turn Pelosi’s House back into the people’s House.”Opponent Adam Frisch calls Boebert to concede defeat.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) declared she won her US House race in Colorado’s 3rd congressional district.

The Trump-backed MAGA candidate confirmed she secured victory Thursday night after almost all votes in the district were counted nearly 10 days after Election Day.

“Great news tonight as almost all the votes have finally been tallied,” Boebert announced in a video posted to Twitter.
“I’m told there are less than 200 votes outstanding, which makes me so happy to announce we have won this race.”
Boebert did note, however, that due to the margin of victory being so close (she led her Democrat opponent Adam Frisch by 0.16 points, according to the AP), the race would be heading to an automatic recount to be completed in early December, but that it most likely will not overturn the results.
“My campaign team and our lawyers will definitely make sure everything is conducted properly,” she said, adding, “Past recounts in Colorado have resulted in far fewer being adjusted than anything that could affect the current outcome we’re seeing tonight in this race.”
The Washington Post reports, “Under state law, a mandatory recount must be completed no later than 35 days after the election, which is Dec. 13.”

Robert continued, “So come January you can be certain of two things: I will be sworn in for my second term as your congresswoman, and Republicans can finally turn Pelosi’s House back into the people’s House.”
While Rep. Boebert has declared victory, the Associated Press wasn’t so eager to report her win Friday morning, instead claiming the race was “too close to call” and that they would “await the results of a potential recount to call the race.
The Associated Press withheld their decision on the race despite opponent Adam Frisch calling Boebert Friday morning to concede defeat.
Boebert’s all-but-certain win is a slap in the face to liberals who took an early victory lap as votes continued to be counted days after Election Day.
In one of the most outrageous moments of the election, liberal MSNBC pundits mocked Congresswoman Boebert by joking she would be a great addition to sex worker hub OnlyFans if her House bid failed.
